BMW Repair: Pusher Fan/Recharge etc, drain hoses, o rings

Question
I am replacing front end on e46 m3.  I replaced pusher fan.
Ho w can I tell if it's working.
Can I recharge the coolant by myself.  How?
My hood won't align properly.  One side sits lower than the other and doesn't line up properly with the fender.  How do I make adjustments.  It site fine laterally, but not vertically
What do I but back first the bumper or the headlights
Do I just reattach the light plugs and the xenon drain/hoses.

Do I have to change the rings on the condenser

Answer
Dave, pusher fan should turn on shortly after the A/C it turned on. You can fill the cooling system with BMW coolant (around $20.00 per gallon). It is consentrate so cut it 50/50 with water. As for Body adjustments I don't ever deal with this area so I honestly don't know.  Put the bumper skin back first and then the headlights. Tape off the area around the headlights when you install it to protect the bumper paint. Yes please reattach all plugs and drain hoses. If the condenser has O-rings please lubricate and replace them.
