Question - it is the coolant and the water that i put in the car that tends to run out after about 15 minutes of driving also the temp. guage does not work and the car always runs hot

need more information. this is a very vague and general question. what exactly is the car doing? does it run rough, what color is the liquid

if it is running out, then you obviously have a leak in the cooling system. it takes 15 minutes in this case because the cooling system takes time to build pressure and then the normal system pressure is forcing the coolant out the leak area. you need to determine where the leak is coming from and repair it. if the gauge isn't working it could be the coolant temperature sensor has gone faulty
