BMW Repair: 1989 BMW 325i - clutch makes noise, power steering fluid, bmw 325i

Question
Whenever I push in the clutch it make a whining noise - kind of like it needs power steering fluid - that same sound.  Does that mean I need a new clutch?

it could not be just the clutch but also the transmission ready to die, the gears could be all striped, but u want to hope that is only the clutch and it probably is, or it could be that u need fluid in ur trans.
