GMC Repair: Third Brake High Mount Light is out?, dome lamp, gmc envoy

My Third Brake High Mount Light in a Spoiler Style on my back Hatch rear window, is out on my 1998 GMC Envoy.  Do I have a fuse for this, and I don't know if there is a bulb that can be easily replace in it?

envoy   2. Remove the outer high-mount brake lens retaining screws. Remove the bulb.
      
  3. From inside the cab, remove the dome lamp lens, then remove the bulb. Unplug the dome lamp connectors by squeezing and sliding them out of the dome lamp assembly.
      
  4. With the dome lamp components out of the way, remove the 4 dome lamp-to-high mount lens screws
      
  5. If necessary, remove the headliner from inside the vehicle.
      
  6. Unplug the wiring connector from the dome lamp harness.
      
  7. Remove the center high-mount lamp from the vehicle.
