GMC Repair: no. 5 main bearing knock in 1998 5.7 gmc, replacement bearings, gmc yukon

Question
hello. My 1998 gmc yukon with 5.7 v8 began to exhibit a low quiet knock several years ago. The engine now has  just turned 100k miles and the knock is noticeably louder.I went under the motor with a stethoscope and found the sound to be the loudest near or at the rear main bearing  area.I thought it might be a cracked flex plate until I read a tsb from GM stating that  some of their 5.7 motors  were built with excessive clearance at the no.5 main. I know that there are replacement bearings of various sizes that correct the problem but I need to know if I must replace no. 2, 3, and 4 also when the new no.5 is installed? Also, do you know of any websites or materials that give detailed instructions on the procedure? I'm fairly comfortable working on engines but every bit of extra info is really helpful. thanks so much for the great service you provide.

Answer
I am not exactly sure if you replace the other bearings, but why not if you already have the oil pan off and its got 100k on it, might wanna do the oil pump and screen as well.  As for websites I would do a google on it, sorry I could not be of more help
