GMC Repair: 92 GMC Sonoma, fuel pump relay, gmc sonoma

Question
I have recently replaced the fuel pump. I am getting a voltage drop at the fuel pump of about 3V to 4V. At the fuel pump relay its good 11.8V. I can not get any fuel up to the engine. What are some things i can check to get my vehicle to start? It was starting intermitten before fuel pump change. I can here the fuel pump turning on every time i try to start it. I get plenty of crank and fire, just no start.

Answer
Since I cannot download the picture there are 2 lines one inlet and 1 outlet hose the inlet hose and the outlet hose both havepressure connections but the inlet hose has a bleed valve  to check pressure and according to the specs it should be between 55-61 lbs of pressure check that if you can/ also check at fuel filter make sure the filter is not plugged If you need anything else go to my collisionrepairadvice.com site
