GMC Repair: 1999 GMC Sonoma trouble, gmc sonoma, primary resistance

Question
I have a 1999 GMC Sonoma with the 4cyl., 2.2L engine.  The motor is currently misfiring.  I recently replaced the spark plugs and wires, and checked the secondary and primary resistance on the ignition coil packs(they are OK). I was able to retrive the DTC codes. They are P0200-Injector circuit control, and P0300-Cylinder misfire detected(random). Are these two problems related?  Also, what is the injector circuit control? Any help would be appreciated!

Answer
Hi
The p0200 will create the p0300. One of the injecotrs OR related wiring to the injector is faulty.
If possible to assist have the DATA observed, so you can tell EXACTLY which injector you need to inspect closely.
IF NOT able to observe data, I would check all 4 injectors and related wires and connectors. I know they are hard to see, so I would suggect removing as much off of top of engine as possible.
I am dealing with one right now at work, same  2.2l with a misfire.
There is a white colored plug on the back of engine behind throttle body. That is the injectors harness.
You MAY be able to feel each injector plug.
Make sure they all plugged in and good fit.
I hope this helps
