GMC Repair: 2003 GMC surburban 1500 not starting, check fuse, fuse block

Question
Started with heated seats not working. Last night Check fuse (IGN 3) no problem. Started up fine this morning. Tonight went to Center Instrument Panel Fuse Block (30A CB Seat) no problem . Put fuse back in, noticed interior lights were dim, Start truck clicking sound from starter. Now no sound at all and all lights out. Now I'm not sure if battery is dead or something is pluged in all the way. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like you MAY have an electrical draw, drawing down the battery.
It is VERY possible in the passenger seat, very possible the harness for the seat.
I have seen these harnesses cause problems.
The CB SEAT is a bircuit breaker. If there is a short to ground on that circuit, it will trip, reset, trip reset trip reset.... until no power.
Charge the battery and you'll need to preform a parasitic draw test.
