GMC Repair: 1998 GMC Sierra 1500 1/2 ton, gmc sierra, gmc truck

My 1998 GMC Truck 1500 Fuse number 3 (courtesy) is not working right. When i put it in the door buzzer will not go off and the speedometer lights will not go off. But when i take it out my power mirrors don't work and the interior lights wont turn on unless headlights are on. Please help me.

It sounds like a light is either still on somewheres, or the headlamp switch MAY be at fault, OR you have a short to power.
That fuse feeds NUMEROUS items, including the mirror switch. So naturally, when the fuse is out, the mirrors will not work.
It really sounds like you MAY want to consider taking it to a good reputable auto electrical repairs shop, and have them trace the fault. It may cost a few dollars, but if they're good, they should find it quickly and not charge alot.
