GMC Repair: drivers window, circuit breaker, fuses

can you advise what is commonly at fault if my 98 tahoe drivers window stopped working and i changed switch in door panel to no avail.  checked all fuses  my only hint is that when you hit the switch after shutting the ignition, it does not shut the radio as any other switch does.

If the fuse AND circuit breaker are good, I would check for power getting to the motor.
This will require removing the door panel.
The dark blue is HOT in UP and the brown is HOT down.
If this checks out, the window motor is bad.
