GMC Repair: ABS relay, inner fender, gmc jimmy

I have a 2001 gmc jimmy and need to locate the ABS relay.  I believe it is under the dash, am I correct?

After searching the entire service manual, I have come up with the ABS relay is PART of the EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) which is the ABS Computer. It is located on the drivers side inner fender well, underhood.
