GMC Repair: interior door panel rattling, interior door panel, 2003 yukon xl

my wife and i just purchased a 2003 yukon xl with 70k on it. Great running well taken care of auto, but the interor door panels really rattle. what can we do to minimize the rattle...i mean they really rattle!
2nd question...i am thinking of putting a new exhaust system to boost HP...what do you recommend?

Congrats on the purchase.
I have seen no "common" problem with door panels EXCEPT the small (tweeter) speaker breaking off the inside panel.
If tis has happened, the tweeters will need to be replaced.
Other than that I would tell you to remove the door panels, and check all window regulator/motor mounting. Thats about the only other source of rattle I could think of.
Exhaust.... Best advice I will give you is it's YOUR choice. Any exhaust you install is not going to boost your ponies THAT much, meaning all aftermarket exhaust increases are fairly uniform...7% here 10% there etc... so PERSONALLY I do not put much stock in "brand Name" exhaust.
The best choice will be the one YOU make for YOUR vehicle. Consider sound, inside and outside. Per say USUALLY the louder, the more hp.
