GMC Repair: cyl. misfire, gmc sonoma, spring hope

just changed plugs & wires on 2000 GMC Sonoma,4cyl,2.2,5 speed w/air.Ran fine all wknd until this a.m.now I get cyl 1 misfire code.could you steer me to any other causes? Thanx for your time.

Misfire can be coil the coil tower MAY be rusted. It may also be a fuel injector problem. The Ignition Control module can cause misfires.
Last it is possible to have an engine mechanical problem (worn camshaft lobe, burned valve, weak valve spring)
