GMC Repair: Headlamp replacement 1997 GMC Yukon, gmc yukon, auto place

Question
My headlamp low beam has gone out and I purchased a replacement bulb for the lamp but cannot figure out how to access the back of the headlamp to get to it to replace it.  The auto place that I bought the lamp from said you go in from the back side.  Behind the headlamp is the battery and casing and you cannot get to the back.  How do I get to it to put in this new headlamp?

Answer
Hi
With hood open and On the "top" of the headlamp assembley, you'll see 2 long thin bolts (I THINK the head is either a 1/4" or a 7/32").
You have to remove these 2 bolts then pull the headlamp assy straight out.
You'll then be able to access the bulbs.
Installation is reverse of removal.
I hope this helps
Just advice from experience.
Good Luck
