Answer
Hi
First are you speaking of Daytime running lights, or park lamps?
If your speaking of Daytime Running Lights, they were not avalible in 1993.
If your speaking of park lamps, I'd first check:
1) the fuse in dash fuse box PARK LP fuse.
2) I'd check the ground cable located in rear of truck, drivers side frame rail way in the back close to where the bumper bolts on.
If these were OK, I'd then check the Headlamp switch and connector, making sure it is not burned.
I'd then check the park lamp brown wire at each light, see if it gives you a test light on when switch is in PARK.
For the wipers, i'd suspect the Wiper Switch which is located inside the steering Column.
Check and see if the Yellow wire is getting power AT THE motor when wipers are turned on.
If so it may be the wiper pulse board.
If not it could be the switch.
If in doubt I suggest you take it to a local repair shop YOUR familiar with and have it diagnosed.
I really hope this helps.
Just advise from experience.
Good Luck
Paul
