GMC Repair: electrical? my wipers are going haywire, chevy astro, radiator support

Chevy astro 1996 180,000 Everytime I turn my headlights on my front and rear wipers come on and right headlight stays very dim even on bright and my right blinker light stays lite up on dash ... also when I turn my ac on both wipers come on and the ac hardly blows at all (worked perect before the wiper ordeal) any ideas? Now the past few days its not wanting to crank when I turn the key I can hear the fuel pump and my radio and all comes on after about 10 to 15 trys it finally cranks like nothing was wrong could this be related to the wiper deal? If anyone could help or give suggestions it would be greatly appreciated ... ty for your time

Without seeing vehicle, yet I did some research looks like the wipers, right headlight and a/c blower share the same ground. It is G100 and is located on the front of vehicle, on the Radiator support,  right hand side.
It needs to be checked for being clean and tight.
Also check the battery negative side, make sure the connection is clean, free of acid build up and it is tight.
All your problems SOUND LIKE it is ground related.
check these things, check All grounds found for being clean and tight.
