GMC Repair: Flasher bad in a 1998 Buick, turn signal flasher, buick century

Neither one of my turning signals work in my car.  Can you tell me where the Flasher is for a 1998 Buick Century?

Located on the BCM (Body Control Module) bracket, under the left (driver side) under the dash.
Here is the EXACT published removal instructions

Remove the LH instrument panel (IP) insulator.
Remove the steering column filler panel.Grasp the hazard and turn signal flasher and slide the flasher to the right to release the flasher tabs from the slots on the BCM bracket.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the hazard and turn signal flasher.
