GMC Repair: 2000 pontiac grand am, sensers, pontiac grand am

Can you give me any information about how long a transmission lasts in this model.  Also are their any other problems, that I should be aware of.   I am just looking to purchase this vehicle and need all the help I can get.  Thanks so much for your help and answering me.   Hsve a great day.   Ellen

They are a pretty good buy
the 02 sensers will have to be changed every 30,000 miles the tranny are known to last 100.000 miles and they can go longer .
AS the motor if you keep your oil changed they will last 200.000 miles .
It is a good buy as it as ben taken care of.
