GMC Repair: no fuel pressure, buick skylark, fuel pump relay

Question
1987 buick skylark v6 fuel pump relay has control
voltage but no 12volts to run pump.fuel pump fuse
checks ok fuel pump was replaced about a month ago also coil pack and ecm has been replaced in
past 6 months

At the relay check for voltage on the pink/blk wire,then with engine cranking check for voltage at the gray wire,the gray wire goes to the fuel pump,the pink/blk wire comes from the fuel pump fuse and is ign on voltage,there should be a fuel pump test connector that breaks out of the harness near the relay,has an open green or red colored connector,jumper that the voltage and the pump should run.
