GMC Repair: 1995 2.3 Z24 Automatic, fuel pressure, fuel filter

Question
When my car is cold i start it and then randomly after some time it start Kicking exactly like when im out of fuel and then the engine stop..
i restart it like if its new.. and it still start to kick like im out of fuel..

If i Rev it up for a while or when the engine is Hot i can make a 1 hour ride without any problem...

Though a few things can cause your problem,one that im leaning to is a fuel sys problem,if fuel pressure is not normal and low then you will have a hard start and stall problem,the engine is running to lean,check the fuel pressure to make sure it is good,fuel pressure on key up should be between 41 to 50 psi,anything less its a failed fuel pump or plugged fuel filter.let me know what you find and if you need more help.Thanks
