GMC Repair: security light on panel., buick lesabre, security light

Question
After my 93 Buick Lesabre sat for about a week, i ran it down the street about a quarter of a mile to the store. I was in the store about 10 minutes and came back out to start it. The panel board lit up when i turned the key and all lights went out except for the security light which constantly blinks now and it will not allow me to start my vechicle. Why won,t it start and how can i disconnect it to start my vechicle. I checked fuses and maxi-relay box

Obviously there is a failure within the security interlock system of the vehicle that is going to require an experienced Buick technician to perform numerous test procedures in order to find the problem.
