GMC Repair: 1999 4.3 s-10 blazer fuel problem, ground signal, test light

Question
will not start unless you pour gas into the throttle body then it runs fine,fuel pressure is 53 pounds running. when you turn key on the pump will pressurize the when it kicks off the pressure goes to zero. could this be the pump or the regulator? I changed the filter already

QUESTION: You did test using a test light that the injectors are getting battery voltage and a ground signal by disconnecting one of the electrical connectors from the fuel injector and installing a test light in place of the injector to see if the test light flashes ON and OFF so as to indicate that you are getting ignition to the injectors ?.
