GMC Repair: 1992 Jimmy, fuse panel, turn signals

My turn signals do not work. the light bulbs are not out and the fuse is good. But when i go to use my turn signals they do not blink its just a solid light. What do i need to do to fix it?
Answer -
Replace the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER available at any auto parts store.

Auto help we have changed the turn signal flasher too and it still doesnt work.

Did you change the TURN SIGNAL flasher or did you change the EMERGENCY 4 WAY FLASHER that is in the fuse panel ?. The TURN SIGNAL flasher is usually NOT in the fuse panel but under the dash on a small bracket by the steering column or near the glove box on the passengers side.

If you are towing a trailer you will need to install a HEAVY DUTY TURN SIGNAL FLASHER as the normal one will NOT work.
