GMC Repair: 1988 GMC 1 TON DUALLY, tank setup, dual gas

WHERE ARE THE DUAL GAS TANK SWITCHING SOLINOIDS LOCATED ? THE SWITCH IS WORKING. 1988 GMC 1 TON 4 DOOR DUALLY.

Answer
"IF" your particular dual tank setup uses solenoids they would be located in the fuel line on the inside of the frame rail near the fuel tanks. Some models do NOT use them OR they may have been removed by the previous owner.

Case in point, My 94 Ford 1 ton 4 door dually does NOT have the solenoids.
