Question
i have a 1973 chevy truck i recently bought the catch is he had no keys my question is this how the heck do i get the key cylinder out if i dont have the key?

If the steering wheel does NOIT lock so that you can turn it back and forth, You will simply need to pull the steering wheel and remove the turn signal cam assembly and remove the set screw that holds the key lock cylinder into the steering column.
