GMC Repair: rocker arm stud, chevy motor, rocker arm

Question
How do I replace a new rocker arm stud of a 1989 4.3L V-6 Chevy motor? The stud is the smooth shank type and it has been removed from the head.  

Answer
This replacement procedure requires a special tool that MUST be used or you will in ost cases DAMAGE the cylinder head when installing the new stud if you insert the new stud to DEEP into the cylinder head.
