GMC Repair: windshield wiper trouble, e mail address, speed wipers

Question
In the beginning my wipers would need help to get started wiping. Then eventually  nothing could get the wipers going, so I changed the wiper motor. Now the wipers only work on high, and washer fluid does not come out to clean windshield. Low speed and delay does nothing. When you turn off the high speed wipers, it's stops immediately, not returning to the "off" position on the windshield. Do you have any ideas on where to goes from here?

About all I know about your vehicle is that it is a GMC.

Since GMC has been building vehicles for over 75 years, I have NO WAY of knowing the YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ETC, ETC or TYPE of wipers you have.
