GMC Repair: 350 weber carb.need tune, air fuel ratio, sorta new

i have a 70 chevy truck on a 84 blazer frame with a sorta new 350. it has a weber 600 or 650 cfm, spacer, accel hei(know nothing about) 8.8 wires and new plugs, stock intake, headman headers, dual 3 inch exhaust.and it has 3 screws in front.far right is idle, but need to tune up carb,i think.runs rough and likes to stall.friend messed with mix and its worse, how do i fix the mix and any other ideas would be great! it was bought this way and i need a smooth runnin motor,also dont know how to check "points" or dist. what do i do?

THe 2 larger screws are your MIXTURE screws (air/fuel ratio).

Turn th engine OFF turn BOTH screws all the way in CLOCKWISE and when you feel them stop, Turn them BOTH out 3 1/2 to 4 turns this is your BASE SETTING.

As far as setting the points, Is there a small square aluminum window at the base of the distributor cap ?>
