GMC Repair: 1994 GMC Pickup, electric fuel pump, gmc pickup

Son's truck won't start. Poured gas in carb and its starts for a sec.  Fuel pump?  If so, where is it and how hard to replace. Almost forgot, its a 350.

Electric fuel pump is in the gas tank.
