Plugs, Wires, Coil Packs, Clutch including Slave
cyl.(yesterday) , fuel filter(2 wks ago).
Fuel Pressure was Checked this past weekend it
checked out to be normal.

Thanks for your time.

Nathan

Also, the service engine light has NOT come on.
Answer -
Define "STUTTER". As you are maintaining let's say 55 mph, Can you feel a MISS in the engine or do you feel a MISS under acceleration ?.

Elaborate on the STUTTER.

It does both and I hate to add to the problem, but there are times when it runs normal without missing. I should mention it has 127,000 miles.

Answer
There are a few probabilities that are the most common being:

1. Intermittent faulty TPS. (does NOT always turn ON the
  CHECK ENGINE LIGHT).

2. Intermittent fuel pump failure. One day tests fine, Next
  day does not.

3. Intermittent faulty Crank shaft sensor. (does NOT always
turn ON the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT).

Without actually having the vehicle to drive personally an EXACT diagnosis is quite impossible.
