Hi,I own a 1993 Gmc  Full Size Van,every time a press the brakes it pulls to the left,I had the front calipers and brakes replaced and it stills pulls to the left....I need Help...What's the problem?
     Thank You....
Answer -
OK, Do this simple test for me and let me know your results:

1. Drive the vehicle t 55 MPH on the open highway and lift you foot OFF of the gas pedal and while holding the RELEASE LEVER/BUTTON, Apply the EMERGENCY brake and see if the van starts to stop in a straight line WITHOUT pulling to the LEFT.

If it does NOT pull to the left this tells us that your problem is in the front brakes.

Did you have NEW calipers and NEW brake pads installed on BOTH front wheels ?.

If you did NOT, I need to know EXACTLY what was done to the front brakes.

Hi again!
I did the test you told me to do and the results were; the van does not pull to the left while applying the emergency brakes.
And Yes, I replaced both front calipers and front brakes pads.
        What do I do next?
         thank you.

Answer
OK, That test eliminates the rear brakes, So our problem is with the front brakes.

You did install NEW calipers and NEW brake pads ?.

Did you also install NEW rotors as well ?. If NOT, Shame on you.

If you have to install new calipers, You ALWAYS install NEW rotors. Do NOT have them CUT and or machined and or resurfaced. Buy and install NEW ones.

You also should have replaced BOTH front brake hoses.

Whoever did this brake work only did half a job.

Install the above NECESSARY parts and let me know.
