My horns in my GMC Safari van, works when the engine is turned off only, what can I do to repair it myself?whats the problem?

What was the LAST repair on the vehicle ?. ANY repair of any nature ?. In most cases problems that arise days, weeks or even months later can usually be traced back to the previous repair.


BOY, I have not seen this problem in years..:

1. Someone has rewired or spliced a wire into the horn system.

I would need to see the vehicle beforea diagnosis can be found.
