Acura Repair: 1991 Legend Brakes lock up, brake calipers, master cyl

Question
My 91 Legend L sdn after stop and go traffic will have all 4 brakes lock up. The 1st time this happened last week I pulled over, put the car in neutral and I could not move the car. I went home and took out the ABL2, ABL and the ABL motor relay but it still does the same thing. The brake calipers are all free and well lubricated on the sliding pins. I am suspecting the master cylinder is locking up after repeated hard breaking. By pulling the fuse in the ABL system is there a great % that I have eliminated that as the cause?

Answer
99% chance you need to readjust the rod for the master cyl. it should have a slight amount of movement before touching the cylinder. its brakes so dont be affraid to have a shop do it. brakes have to be done right.
if someone has replaced the master than this is surely the cause.
