Alfa Romeo Repair: No Electricity In Milano, radiator fan, thermal switch

Question
I was trying to find the source of my sometimes working sometimes not radiator fan so I jumped over the thermal switch and now I have no power going through the car at all. I can not find any master fuse/breaker, am I missing something? Connecting the fan right to the battery sets the fan in motion so I know the battery is working.

Answer
You probably have a bad thermal fan relay and it may have caused the ignition switch to fail.  But, first you must find the amp draw of the fan when you have it running because I suspect its excessive draw was the primary cause of failure.

There is also the possibility that someone bypassed stuff in the past...
