Is there any way for me to fix it without having to pull out the motor and also is there anyway for me to take off the oil pan without pull the motor and what are the chances that the broken piece to the pipe is sitting somewhere inside my oilpan I have some pics. of both where it broke off from the block and a picture of the pipe itself. can you help

Answer
I have experienced the same thing.
Unfortunately, your engine is in the car.
Try using an E-Z out or Screw Extractor. If that doesn't work, you can use a pin punch and knock it into the oil pan; but there is a lip around the tube where it enters the engine. I've also seen someone use a pin punch to collapse the tube, then use needle nose vise grips to pull it out.
You can remove the pan without removing the engine. It requires supporting the engine with a 4X4 piece of wood across the engine compartment and a chain, then drop the crossmember down.
Good luck.
