American Motors: 1977 CJ5 w/304 - pulleys dont align, vacuum hose, pulleys

This CJ5 had no smog parts and had aftermarket speed parts on it.  To pass smog in Cali. the stock stuff was found and installed, but the engine pulleys are slightly out of alignment.  How can I get them aligned?  Is there a drawing or diagram that shows the brackets, pulleys, pumps etc.?  Also, there was no smog/vacuum hose decal under the hood.  Where can I get that info as well?  Any help appreciated.

You should try and locate a shop manual for your CJ5. It will have the belt configuration and vaccuum routing diagrams. Even a repair manual you might find in a book store or library might have the information you are looking for. Try Amazon.com or EBay.
As for the pulleys, if the correct brackets are being used and installed properly, can you use washers used as shims to align them?
