Audio Systems: no sound

97 Lincoln Mark 8 no longer has volume on radio or cd player. Radio lights come on and able to change stations but there is no sound.

HI, check the RCU tuner pack this is the radio part, the unit at front is not the radio only a remote controls, that is the reason why there is no antenna plug

the radio is the metal box in the trunk
they get water and go bad this is a very common problem with this amplifiers
