Audio Systems: ford f150 radio install problem, flare side, ford wiring

I have a 98 ford f150 flare side regular cab. I had a friend try installing a sony xpl radio and he cut the wires instead of telling me to buy a harness and now I can't figure out what wires to connect with what and also my heat isn't working not sure if there's a wire there for heat or not.

That was a very bad idea, can you fix the harness back , make all the connection to the same color wires,

scroll down on the file untill you find the small 8 pin connector, very clear DO NOT CUT
