Audio Systems: Ford mustang radio auxiliary F150 expedition, factory radios, 2008 ford f150

The radio in my 2006 Ford Mustang is damage, it shows loading error this is the 6 disc with mp3, my question is can i use a radio from a 2008 Ford F150 or a 2009 Ford expedition they all look the same with the difference that the Ford F150 comes with the auxiliary audio input jack and the Expedition also comes with the auxiliary aux jack, my parents drive them and i like to use that option in my vehicle, there is no audio input in the mustang radio  only  aux button but no jack or cable in the vehicle, since my mustang radio is damage and need to buy a replacement can i use a radio from a different Ford vehicle ?

Ford radio iPod   ALL Ford radios from 2004 to 2011 are almost the same, some are single CD radio or 6 disc radio
and the radio from an f150 or Ford expedition will fit your Mustang if the plugs on the back side are the same you will need to change the antenna plug,
The aux button was to be used on the Expeditions for the rear DVD system and in the Mustang and Fseries trucks for the satellite Sirius radio,the good news is that you can use that button to input audio, you can add auxiliary audio input to any of this Ford radio using the frd04-aux aux interface
