Audio Systems: Changing speakers in Acura TL 2006 with Bose system, bose amplifiers, acura tl

Dear Ernesto,
I wanted to change my door speakers from my Acura TL 2006 which is fit with a Bose system. Sound quality is very poor with this factory setting. There are 8 speakers in this car, but it would not make a big difference if they had put just 4. So I wanted to install higher quality after market door speakers (ex.: 6,5 inches midrange with tweeters within it). After going to a local car stereo shop I was told that Bose systems have specific omhs setting different from other systems so if I wanted to improve the sound quality I would need to change everything (deck + speakers) or buy Bose speakers. I am not looking for more power (ex.: subwoofer, etc.), just a richer sound environment. Is this "omh thing" true, if so, any suggestions, brands or models of speakers to suggest ?

Yes it is true, it takes a lot of work but not impossible the only solution is to pull all the speakers and bose amplifiers, add new speakers and a 5 or 6 channel amplifier, you will also need 2 to hi low interface made for bose system xrt4

there is no easy way and replacing the speakers alone are not going to make any difference
