Audio Systems: CAR ANTENNA, car antenna, steel bridges

Question
I have a 1998 Buick LeSabre. The antenna is somehow integrated into the back window heater.

After my battery was changed by the AAA a while ago I noticed that I was getting a lot of noise and the FM Radio was acting as if the antenna was not connected.

One interesting point is that when I go over small steel bridges, the bridge seems to act as an antenna and I pick up a really strong signal.

Can you help me??

I would start by taking it back to AAA.
If that is impossible you need to check the connections at the deck and the antenna.
It is likely one end is loose. It could also be a factory FM booster which is not working right.
If it has an FM booster, it needs to be powered when the ignition key is On.
