Audio Systems: 2000 Chrysler LHS 4 CD Changer Issue, 2000 chrysler lhs, chrysler lhs

Question
So the other day, I decided to clean my battery terminals because they were looking awfully ratty... But, once I hooked up both terminals again and got in the car to go to work, I noticed all of my cd changer lights were flashing (disc slots 1, 2, 3, 4 and the "ready" amber lights) and I had also left 2 cds in slots 1 and 2. I have tried unplugging the negative terminal and turning the key on, same for the positive terminal, and I have done the on board diagnostic and no codes came back. I have no idea what to do I just want my cd player back!
Thank you

Answer
the cd player got stuck and there is nothing you can do , it needs to be repair
next time you unplug the battery make sure you remove all disc out of the unit
when the radio lose power and gets power again it believes this is the first time, there is no memory
so it moves the parts from the shipping mode to ready mode
the problem is that because the unit is not empty it will get stuck and damage
