Audio Systems: Audiophile problem after battery change, battery change, batteries

Question
I changed the batteries in my 2008 F250 with an Audiophile system. The radio works fine except it counds like it is constantly changing between the 6 discs that are in it. When I hit "Load" or "Eject" I get a message saying "Initializing". Even if the radio is off the sound of changing discs can be heard.

All the disc needs to be remove before you unplug the battery
the radio goes to ship mode when you remove the battery and start to initializing when it get power again the arm moves and gets stuck because there are disc inside,

the radio needs to be repair, there is nothing you can do to solve this
