Audio Systems: setting radio stations, clock button, sony walkman

Question

Sony I have a Sony Walkman, SRF-HM22. Somehow I dropped it and all the preset radio stations got lost, so I'm trying to figure out how to program different radio stations as presets. It allows 10 presets as AVLS. I have attached a photo. The bottom 2 buttons are up and down stations. The 3rd is Tune/Time set. 1-5 are the preset buttons for AM and for FM (total of 10). Thanks

Follow this procedure to preset radio stations.

Turn on the headphones.
Select the desired BAND (AM or FM).
Tune in the desired station.
Press and hold down the ENTER/CLOCK button.
While holding down the ENTER/CLOCK button, press the preset number button where the station is to be stored.
