Audio Systems: 10 room mono ceiling speakers w/volume control on speaker grills, plenum rated cable, mono amp

I'm looking for ideas on 10 room mono sound system for a dentist office,ceiling speakers  we/volume controls on each speaker grill.  is there  a mono amp? speakers? pre amp? speaker selector?. any system that you could think of  that would be a good buy? thanks for any consideration to my inquiries. For cabling, if it's drop ceiling, you'll be required to use plenum rated cable. Check out www.bluejeanscable.com for reasonably priced solutions.
