Answer
Dear Josh,

Well, it is pretty unlikely that ALL FOUR of your mid high drivers blew out at the same time.  I have no explanation for your lack of any sound with the new radio except that perhaps you did not properly hook up the new radio to these speakers.  It is possible too I suppose that while driving, you hit a bump or something that could have caused the cable harness running all the wires to the speakers to pull or break free from a connector, and therefore you have no mid or high frequency sound.

First step is to go to Radio Shack, get a multimeter, ask the salesman to show you how to measure "Continuity" and then see if the leads you connected to the new radio have 2 to 4 ohms on the other end. If they measure open, (no continuity) then either all your speakers are blown or somewhere between your connection to the amp and the speaker terminals, you have a broken cable(s).

If you have a cable harness and do not know which connections go to the speakers, you will need to get a "pin out" for the harness from the auto manufacturer.  Good Luck!
