Audio Systems: 2001 Chrysler 300m speakers, stock speakers, infinity reference

Hello.  Not sure if you remember me, but I got the Infinity Reference 6022i's installed in the front doors of my 2001 Chrysler 300m, because the stock speakers were blown.  Everything else in the system is also stock.  These speakers are producing noise, but its hardly audible, and if I try to turn them up its distorted and weak.  I believe the wiring is correct, because I went back, and a different guy said it looked fine too.  I even took the original wires that went to the old speakers, and the speakers sounded the same.  What I need to know is, how much power do the stock amps produce?  Are my new speakers simply underpowered?  The 6022i's want 60RMS max.

the reason of the bad sound is because  you purchase the wrong speakers,
you need to use 2 ohms speakers
