Audio Systems: 2010 Honda Pilot install problem, mtx subwoofers, honda pilot

I have a 2010 Honda Pilot. My suv has voice navigation and hands free bluetooth all through the factory radio. I am trying to install my rockford amplifier and my 2 mtx subwoofers ( in a box ) so that I can have some bass in the truck. Everything is hooked up properly, however, when the door closes and the system is on I am gettting  a horrible loud bass noice. Once the door ism open it goes away. If I disconnect the 2 microphones for the handsfree bluetooth and put the amp  on the noice is gone. However, with the microphone disconnected I can not talk via hands free bluetooth through my truck. How can I get this noice to stop and be able to use my bluetooth through the radio like usual ? I also have voice activated navigation in this truck. The 2010 Pilot is the same as the 2009 Pilot. The only difference in year is the color choices for the vehicle. Any help would be appreciated. I had PC Richard install this amp and box so I know the wires, hi-lo converter etc was installed properly to the radio. It seems like I cant have the microphone wires hooked up if I want the amp and box of subwoofers to work. Do you have any suggestions or did you ever hear of such a complicated issue ? I am so stressed over this and any help is greatly appreciated

You are getting acoustic feedback; when the microphone is on and the audio playing it feeds back into the mic and causes acoustic oscillation.  The crosstalk cancel function is overcome by the great acoustic output. I suspect it will stop the instability if you turn down the audio gain some.  That may be the only solution short of getting a bluetooth with higher rejection ratio.
