Hi, I have a MA Audio 10" sub I'd like to replace the factory sub and the amp
as well. Are there any adapters available to adapt the existing input
connector? Also, what do those wires represent? Am I able to even use that
connection for and after market amp? Thanks for helping me on this.

I think you mean "output" connector don't you?  You want to go from the existing output to the input of your replacement MA sub do you not?
