Question
I wanna buy a new system so im thinking of buying 2 memphis pr 15s 250 rms each but im not sure what amp to use i was thinking of the 1000 watt amp because the speakers say 500 max each but im not sure and also i want the best sound i drive a full size suv with alot of space in the back should i go bigger speakers or what im helpless holla at me

Answer
If you load the 15's into a decent enclosure, they will do a fine job filling that SUV with bass.
Get an amp that will drive them at RMS power or 500 watts.
The key is getting the right impedance. Hopefully your speakjers are 8 ohm each. thjen a paralle setup for a pair will give you 4 Ohms.
If this is the case, something like an Autotek SM4-1000 would be perfect:
 Two channels:
4 ohms 125-Watts x4      2 ohms 250-Watts x4      or 500-Watts x1 bridged mono at 4 ohms.
Built in crossovers, 4 gauge power connectors.. its RTG.
Here is one for 109.00 at ebay

I show you a 4 channel because you may need two more channels to run sattelite speakers. If you do not need that, or do not plan on needing it, you can use a mono (or a two channel amp and bridge it). At this price, you cannot go wrong imho (IF the speaker load is compatable).
If they are 2 Ohm, you can still do this but I do not know if Memphis makes those.

Tune the amp so that it delivers rms power when the deck volume is at 100% and it will pound and last a long time.

If you can give me more specifics about the 15's Impedance, I can help you much more specifically.
